No communication on Two Pot Withdrawal

I am very very disappointed in OM there is not even a tracking system in place to track your Two Pot Withdrawal, When you call the call center the agents don't know what to tell you. Please get some tracking information in place ASAP so that we know what is happening. Most other companies have a tracker in place for their clients.
