No communication on claim made- not providing information on why the claim was rejected
No communication on claim made- not providing information on why the claim was rejected. After a few months they rep**** with a mail stating that wrong information was provided when taking out the policy. No communication on why and how. Service delivery was excellent when taking out the policy- but now when I wanted to claim there is a delay in communication, rude staff at the call centre and a lot of loop holes in why claims cannot be paid.
