No communication and they dont pay claims on time!
They do not pay claims on time and within their promised 30 days. They promised to pay within 30 days and its surpassed that and there is zero communication and no accountability within their teams. Never take anything out with old mutual

06 Dec 2024, 08:19 Old Mutual turnaround time is stipulated at 1 month, well its now almost 2 months and no money in my account yet. Every time I call, it gets escalated and there is where its ends. The call centre agents cannot provide any information other than it has been escalated.
I KEEP CALLING AND NO SOLID ANSWERS AND NO COMMUNICATION FROM YOUR END - THIS MORNING YOUR AGENT TOLD ME TO BE PATIENT SO IF IT TAKES 6 MONTHS FOR THE ISSUE TO BE FIXED I SHOULD WAIT. IS THIS HOW YOU GUYS TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS?
