NO CLAIM PAYOUT

We claimed for my sisters education policy in the beginning of January 2019, the policy was opened by my late mother. Till today we haven't received the pay out we went to the branch 3 times and they always promise us the payout will be done in 5working days. We do not know where to turn to because the old mutual website does not have a complaints department contact details. This shows that even if our parents take out insurance for us when they pass away there is not guarantee that the insurance company will pay out.
