No Claim Feedback, Horrible service

Guys Iv been waiting for feedback from Old Mutual with regards to a claim on my Dads policy for almost 2 months, Monique Hendricks doesn’t even respond to emails as she was assigned to assist, if this is how dependants have to suffer for feedback ONLY what happens with the payouts. Horrible service
