No assistance on Annuity claim

i claimed for my annuity fund as agreed at the age of 55 years now i am battling to get my money. i went to the atteridgeville branch and recieved bad service where i was told to forget about my funds i wont get them now. the initial agreement after submitting my claim was i will get if after 2 working days SARS needs to tax it its been 3 weeks now going up and down with them. i called the agents hanged up the phone called again same agent hanged up the phone while explaining. this is such bad service after so many years of loyalty paying my retirement. i have logged a complained no feedback provided.
