No assistance available

I have 2 loan accounts with OMF that i have been trying to get settlement amounts on. I have tried all the contact numbers available but no one can seen to help me.I called the legal department this morning and again no one seems to be able to assist me. I would really like to get this settled but Old Mutual cannot see of access my accounts. Please can someone get hold of me that has full access
