NO ASSISTANCE
Understand that people are working remotely but when we phone you, you make us hold the line for a good 30min only to tell me to leave my name and number, seriously? this happened last week wednesday, thurs and friday. I tried again today, same story. You are really inconsiderate. why are your lines open if you arent taking calls?
