No answer when calling them

Can Old Mutual call me as I have been trying to contact them but they are not taking my calls and I am running out of artime that very bad. I first called and they transferred me to finance and they are not taking my call that’s really frustrating.

That means if someone needs to claim they will struggle to claim as they do not take the calls. Please call me back!
