NO ANSWER ON PAYOUT

I am a member of the Old Mutual Superfund who requested a payout on the 09/04/2015. I am still awaiting a payout. Despite numerous calls to old mutual last week regarding my policy, which one of the call centre agents(Ilse) stated that there was an error on old mutuals side and that is the reason the claim was not paid out. She then saidthat she would send an email to management and that she could not tell me when i will be paid out. She said that a manager will contact me. I tried numerous times last week to get hold of a manager and they keep telling me that the managers or team leaders are in meetings. I again tried today 18/05/2015 and spoke to Siphokazi and apparently they are all in meetings again. I find this absolutely annoying and would not recommend anybody taking out an old mutual policy. Can you kindly get a manager to assist me because the call centre agents clearly cannot help me.
