No answer

I am a client of Old Mutual Greenlight Care 4 U. You can not phone them, NO ONE ANSWERS!!! We even tried the emergency ambulance service, the music played in our ears for at LEAST 5 minutes. I tried to send an email, ha ha ha It constantly says : Server problem! My family and I joined the Virgin Active gim and cannot claim ANY money back from Old Mutual Greenlight Care 4 U because Virgin Active can not get hold of any one in Old Mutual and we cannot get hold of anyone at Old Mutual. PATHETIC!!! a Month ago a lady FINALLY phoned me from Old Mutual and when I said Greenlight ... she promised me that someone will phone me back. I AM STILL WAITING!
