Nightmare with Old mutual

I have never had a policy with old mutual but laid a complain concerning a deduction in my payslip. Iwas told to write an affidavit in March and i did and submited, still the problem have not yet been resolved. Now i see two more additional deductions and i do not know what are they for.

I want all my money right now. I am so ****ed! Of all companies i have always heard people saying good things about old mutual, but as for me is a totally different experience. Worst thing is i have never had a policy with them.
