The worst ever experience from old mutual. Firstly the two pot system opened the first week of Sept for other financial institutions, theirs was supposed to go live only on the 23rd Sept. Fine I was able to Submit my claim on the 20th Sept. And the SMS received said it's going to take up to 30 days for the claim to be completed. I received an email on the 3rd confirming all is done with Sars my payment is being processed. Till to date, I haven't received any monies from old mutual. It's now over the 30 days turn around they promised.

I call to make follow ups. I am kept on hold for over 30min to be told the matter is escalated. Or that the monies will reflect in 72 hours. Weeks later nothing has happened. I get promised they will call me back, nothing happens.

Old mutual. I want my money. I am tired of calling, I am tired of your lies. I want my money.
