Never Using Old Mutual!

I would encourage anybody to never use Old Mutual Services. They take forever to pay out your claim. When making contact with them, every agent has different information. It's either Old Mutual has a ****ty system, or the staff are not properly trained.

I can't believe how much I had to call to follow-up, and there is no management to contact to ensure that my Claim gets prioritized.

I will never use their service!
