Never using old Mu for investments

I have been to old mutual for disinvestment on my investment policy, the service i have been receiving is so bad that it takes them 7 weeks to do a disinvestment ,i was disinvestmenting as i had other financial funeral obligations ,its like they have people who know nothing , now i had to take out a loan for that while my money is being withheld by old mutual,i am going on my eighth week now, something i do in a day at any bank, it takes old mutual this long, customer service please help
