Never open an investment with old mutual.

Guys never open an investment with old mutual, they have the worst service ever. I called old mutual on the 1st of February 2021 to do a withdrawal and the consultant told me to use whatsapp, I did just that however I received no message with a reference number but as per the last message on whatsapp I was told that my request was completed. I waited almost 8 days and there was no communication whatsoever with old mutual. I decided to call on the 11th only to be told that my withdrawal has not been processed as I was supposed to submit my child's bank account, no one even told me that information and the consultant told me it is my responsibility to ask such questions and call to follow up if things don't make sense to me. I submitted my documents, today I call to find out if my documents were processed and the lady tells me yes but it will take 10 to 15 working days to do the full process, which is different from what the previous consultant said, she said it would take five working days. It is so effortless when you debit my account on a monthly basis but for old mutual to pay out, it takes forever, this money is very urgent and I have no choice but to cancel this investment with you because it does not make sense at all. The service received was pathetic.
