NEVER let loved ones have estates at Old Mutual!!!!

Would just like to express my disappointment in Old Mutual handling my Father's estate. I have been to their complaints department over issues i had, they told me they would assist to resolve. Nothing has been done..

The estate was reported last year April 2018 up until my father's house is in an APPALLING state!!!it looks like a jungle with ****s and grass that has grown since my Father's passing. His vehicle's was only secured MONTHS after the estate was reported, his boat was luckily still at the premises when i arrived there in December last year so i took matters in my own hands to secure it! If not it would probably been ****** by now. My father had workers he paid in Mozambique to keep his premises he built in good shape. I TOLD Old Mutual that i will lend money to pay them till they can take over. They told me to proceed in lending the funds. NOW they say sorry we not going to pay them and its not their problem. My Father's business he sold a week before his passing (January 2018), the new owners never kept to the agreement and NO installments were paid. NOW they telling me there is no Funds to pay even for basics like security of garden service on the premises left to rot for almost a year!!! Take my word for it, Old Mutual doest have a clue how to manage estates! Their mismanagement have cost me, my sister as the majority a small fortune doing the job they should have done! Even my lawyer doesn't know what to do anymore! I want Old Mutual to stand down and hand the estate over to my lawyer. They causing more damage then good!
