Never invest with old Mutual you will never get your money out

I'm trying to sell my shares. I went to the office in Mossel bay filled in the required forms to sell my shares. For the last 3 weeks iv been trying to figure out why nothing has happened. Iv email your support they simply told me to fill the form in again, I asked why I need to do it again but they didn't bother to follow up with the office. After 3 weeks with my dad asking her help form his broker there they finally got back to me saying that they tried to call and I didn't answer so they didn't do any thing. I work overseas so roaming doesn't always work. Now when I filled in the forms I stayed as much and wasn't told I need to do any thing over the phone.

No reference to the mossle bay office cause they probably lost the paper work.
