Never be assured that your life is insured with Old Mutual!!

Debit order for premium bounced, Tried correcting the very next day i realized. Called numerous times with no response, downloaded the app in order to make payment - App had the option greyed out. Tried the WhatsApp option, their WhatsApp option - Got feedback that my ID number does not match what they have on their system???? HOW DO THEY NOT HAVE MY ID NUMBER?? Yet I have policies with them?? Tried emailing - getting a million reference numbers without proper assistance. on the 1st of May they lapsed my policy despite me communicating with them??

I must say I am utterly disgusted by their processes. Self-help tools that do not even work to say the least?? Now no one is responding to my emails.

Closing every account I have with them.
