Neglected Client

My financial advisor resigning a few months ago and didn't even do me the courtesy of informing me. My portfolio was handed over to someone who has never bothered to call me, I don't even know who that is. I called and emailed my former advisor and she said she'll convey the message several times I tried. She had no luck with her old office and I've had no luck n spent so much airtime trying to get a hold of someone there.

I wish to be attended to as a paying client and I wish to be updated on my retirement among other polices and increase my premiums etc..

The way Old Mutual has treated me is garbage!! You cut jus go silent on a client in so long. No email newsletters or policy updates nothing.
