neglected by old mutual

hellow peter I'm having policies i did not join in old mutual i have started to notice that last year .on 12th of December i signed a ***** case form and I got no feedback then again on January i went there they said the form i signed was a wrong form .I signed another one bt still no follow up not even an sms i went there again they assistant called a head office and they said they have been sending messages to the wrong number ofwhich when the assistant check my number on their system it's the number that I'm using.please help they are even picking up my calls i don't know what to do now
