Need urgent intervention &assistance from Old Mutual

Hi,my husband have been waiting for his retirement fund benefits for 3 years &3 months now from Old Mutual.He was **** to by an employee at the E.B. department there,by saying that he must pay an administration fee of R500, to get assistance from them.My husband refused to pay,because according to him,is it unfair that he should be asked to pay "bribe money" only to receive assistance, to receive his own hard earned benefits. We did report the employee also to Old Mutual, but we have not receive any response from them,until today.Even my husband's previous employer ,the H.R. there,said that my husband never received his retirement fund benefits from Old Mutual.Please assist urgently in this regard, thanks in advance.
