Need my refund urgently
On the 19th May 2025 I was told by consultant at Old Mutual about policy *** which I have no knowledge of or signed for it. No advisor contacted me about this, so it's a ***** as they've been taking money from my salary since March 2025, R347 until June 2025.
Ive made contact with them several times to refund me and they keep saying that they are investigating. I need this sorted immediately as I need my money.
