Need help please

Good day

I have been diagnosed with kidney failure. A dreaded desease.

I am receiving dialysis for a year now.

I am still working but the medical expenses are killing me.

I have 3 x paid up policies witd Old Mutual.

Please see if there is any way I can get the policies paid out to urgently help me with all my medical expenses.
