Name cleared and paid up letter

Old mutual handed me to van DER merwe+saayman fourie attorneys for my missed payments on my loan. It's been two months after settling the outstanding balance but till today my name has not been clear and I have not received my paid up letter.im blocked financially everywhere I ago. Kindly send my paid up letter as I have been calling but nothing it's happening please help
