My Two Pot System

I am trying to figure out how it can take Old Mutual 30 days for the two-pot system payout when other companies payout within 2 days!!

other companies started the process on the 1st of September, but then there is you Old and not Mutal started on the 23rd....i got a response that SARS Approved and working on getting my money to me....its ben coming since 2 weeks back no further communication nothing

I did call your call centre and sat on hold waiting for someone to answer for half an hour and even though the consultant I got was pleasant a trying to be helpful he could not tell me anything more than your WhatsApp messages that don't give any information at all. He did check and said they had received it two weeks ago,it seems your staff does not know how to deal with customers nor answer questionsThis should be a seamless process. I asked him to escalate the query but I don't see anything happening just the normal BS that companies give when they don't follow up and do their job. An SMS as promised would be nice every other day even if it is to say you don't know how to do this system. I'm so disappointed
