My sister passed away and she had an investment thing with Old Mutual
My sister passed away and she had an investment thing with Old Mutual. When my sister's son went to claim for her money they telling us the want letter of estate, the letter from court something they never told us to do when we open the investment thing.... So now we go an SMS saying that if he doesn't claim the money before the10th of November2023 his not gonna get his money back and this person is a beneficiary to the policy... Why didn't people from Old Mutual tell us about this things before we could join? Because honestly it's a problem!!!
