my refund not paid

<p>I am fed up of Old Mutual ..i need my money back .My details were **********ly used to open a policy this is about the 4th time with the same problem from Old Mutual.I have submitted all the necessary documents proving that i am not the policy holder ...Old Mutuals forensic department is really useless as they dont give feedback.</p> <p> </p> <p> Im appealing to Old Mutual to bring back my money urgently as i am now tired of going to theirbranches and also recieve poor service</p>
