MY REFUND!!!!
I cancelled my policies on the 30th of April 2016 and I just called ***NOW my policies are still active, yet the lady that was assisting me with cancellation said I will get my surrender value within the 5 working days. It's the 3rd working day today and the policies are still active. This is really frustrating, now it's suggested that I re-submit all the documents. When I am going to get time for that? THIS IS REALLY FRUSTRATING, CAN SOMEONE WORK ON THIS. My reference number is GSENQ***.
