My premium i paid according to my knowledge

I wrote to you last month regarding the double debut rgat you done in my account. In April i paid my premium by eft after you tried and couldn't get funds sobi went and did the transfer. In my email i sent you the proof of payment but never bothered to respond instead you came back and try to debit. I have trying to call but the line seems too long so since you dont respond this is option that i have to use maybe you will come back to me regarding my query .
