My name is Marslino ...
My name is Marslino Snyman and I have been waiting on old mutual to resolve my ATM transaction dispute since last month 23/08/25 and it's R6000 from my hard earned salary I only use their OM bank for my salary... But now I have to wait they didn't care about me and my family not having food or electric in our house I had to make more skuld ... Yet they telling me about i should wait ... It's my birthday today and still nothing they don't communicate and that what is frustrating no calls no sms no emails the last email they send me was 11/09/25 but still I haven't received any feedback nor calls ... I am so heartbroken and disappointed in Old mutual
