My name is Mantsi I sent a whatsapp message to Old Mutual regarding a claim for my savings account on the 10th June I haven't received any response
My name is Mantsi I sent a whatsapp message to Old Mutual regarding a claim for my savings account on the 10th June I haven't received any response. They read the messages but they don't respond. I don't understand what is the whatsapp communication platform is for if they don't respond to messages.
