My mother passed away on the 27th of May 2024 and she had an income from retirement account with Old Mutual where I and my sister are listed as beneficiaries

My mother passed away on the 27th of May 2024 and she had an income from retirement account with Old Mutual where I and my sister are listed as beneficiaries. We sent a claim on the 11th of June 2024. I went to the Galleria Mall branch yo check on the status of our claim and was told there are documents pending on my side but when it was checked all documents were received, incompetency on Old Mutual communication side. I am still waiting even today to get our payout. It is frustrating as we are child headed household and we are in need of funds to cover some of the household expenses. I would never recommend this company to anybody for future.
