My money is clearly no longer mine!!

<p style="color: #555555;">I opened a Focused investment plan from old mutual so that I can be able to help myself out of tricky situations when I can't get money anywhere else.</p> <p style="color: #555555;"> </p> <p style="color: #555555;">Last week I went to the Branch in Hammanskraal and was assisted to make a part withdrawal. The consultant said it would be R1 629.90 and even showed me the value on the screen. I told him to take the whole amount and even signed for it, got a copy of the transaction with me and waited for 7 working days. </p> <p style="color: #555555;"> </p> <p style="color: #555555;">On the 5th day.. I received an amount of R864.78 from old mutual and I decided to wait for 48 more hours. Two days later, I went to the same branch and was told that I will only receive the rest of my "R1 364.78" the following Monday. I told that lady that I signed for R1 629.90, not R1 364.78 and she called someone who suddenly told her that it's no longer R1 629.90 but now R1 364.78. All this has inconvenienced my plans and given me more stress when it was supposed to be my way out of stress!! I don't want the damn policy anymore.. I didn't even get an apology!!</p>
