Old mutual is a nightmare, I surrender my policy on the 19th of April 2021, according to their transaction summary print out it indicate that I the turnaround time to get my money is 5 working days, but till today I never had anything from them, when I call them they send me from pillar to post, but if it was a new policy it will have been deducted by now. I think I will surrender all policy I have with Old Mutual. They don't have good service
