MY MONEY

Does customer care exist at old mutual. I have been battling for 2 weeks to get MY money, yes MY money. ***. amazing how when you want me to give you MY money I get 1000 calls from consultants to sign up. now that I want you to give me back MY money no response and same stupid automatic response all the time .
