22 Mar 2025, 09:06My mom invested for 5 years she's suppose to be paid out in 2026,now she just received the sms saying her account has been suspended she didn't comply with FICA and she went to the offices last month they told her she can't withdraw her interest until 2026 but she's supposed to get her money 2026.
She last withdraw her interest last year early we don't really understand what's going on..... This is just bad service they don't even explain everything to her, she's also going to them again to get explanations of the sms she just received regarding FICA.
