My life cover and funeral cover canceled because I changed from debit order to eft

I have been saving with old mutual since 2016, and had a funeral cover and life cover, last year June I took out all my savings and continued paying for my life cover and funeral cover August last year I lost my job I went to the branch I asked for old mutual account number I started depositing the money directly from September until this year March cause February they said only rewards are showing I don't have any funeral cover or life cover yho my world came to a stand still if I die my kids would have suffered, funny thing a consultant called April saying there is money showing on they system with my references but they don't know what it is for, and it hasn't been solved yet
