MY kid's policy

I have been told by your consultants that my policy has lapsed when I have been making payments every month. You said this to me last year and I have told you people to cancel the debit order as I will be making EFT payments ( WHICH I WAS DOING EVERY MONTH) and to please allocate payment correctly. I have asked NUMEROUS times for feedback regarding this and until now NO FEEDBACK.

PLEASE UPDATE BOTH POLICIES IMMEDIATELY, THEY ARE FOR MY KID'S FUTURE!!!!!!!!!! YOUR SERVICE IS TRULY APPALLING!!!
