My investment refund.

I withdraw my investment in January early and cancelled it, old mutual continued and debited as a stop order in January which I understand what I don't understand is I went to the branch in February very early and filed for the refund, did multiple follow up the branch couldn't give clear response besides being told I'm rushing till to date I haven't received my refund from old mutual. No communication or anything.
