My Greenlight policy was stopped deductions by OldMutualSA
Old Mutual stop my greenlight life cover policy since September and claim that they did get funds on the 1st of October. I have a full evidence that money was available, OldMutualSA just stopped deductions. On the 1st my retirement annuity is deducting R1000, house insurers is deducting on the 26, my daughter death cover is deducting, then how come the The greenlight life cover policy can not find funds. I struggled this way in 2023 when I changed from stop order to debt order. My issue was resolved in February 2024 by the assistance of Hellopeter got involved. I have been paying this policy since 2011.
