My 78-year-old grand mother told me the saddest story, she had a policy with Old Mutual for 21 years and 6 months, where she paid R75 a month for all these years. In 2015, she went to check her policy and was sent from pillar to post including demanding R1200 from a government pensioner, all for nothing. My grandmother was never paid the investment policy amount. Old Mutual, you cannot allow your employees to take advantage of the most vulnerable in our society. I am extremely saddened at what she told me. She has all her documents and policy numbers, please give her what is rightfully due to her.
