My experience with Old Mutual as such has been good so far. I just need to mention that 22Seven (now trading as Vault22) has become unusable since takeover by Vault22. Very poor to no responses from their supor.t The system does not work anymore. Numerous emails to their support.io address as well as *** normally take extremely long with response to recently zero response. Old Mutual's reputation is at stake especially in the light of Vault22 giving financial advice and not finding evidence of them registered with FSCA. Either get Vault22 running efficiently or divest yourselves of it.
