My daughter cancelled her group scheme policy because there was no growth and they still took the premiums

My daughter cancelled her group scheme policy because there was no growth and they still took the premiums. She phoned in more than once and was told to fill in forms which she did twice now and still nothing. I also have products with Ou Mutual and my advisor said she cannot help us because it is a group scheme? I am very disappointed😔
