My dad died and they have made this process hell

I am getting fed up with trying to deal with Old Mutual.my dad passed away a year ago, it took me 4 months to try and get his estate established through old mutual, they then out sourced the estate to an attorney who has been just as frustrating to deal with. My dad has a retirement annuity that needs to pay out, it took almost a month of calling every number I could find to try get information on this, 50 people telling me 50 different things on how to claim this annuity and then be told only the executive of the estate can claim in, the attorney that old mutual had assigned to the estate first had to be convinced and begged to claim it, the lack of communication from them is ridiculous, if you do not contact them you don't get answers and when you do contact them you must send 10 emails to receive 1 answer. If it's not bad enough that I have lost my dad, they make the process of getting his estate wrapped up as difficult as possible. Emotionally this is traumatizing and I cannot keep dealing with them.
