My credit score reflects an amount that I have no knowledge of
Decided to check my credit report yesterday and then boom there’s an amount of R1246 that is reflecting in my credit score god knows why as I have no insurance with you guys. In as much as I’m not billed for the amount but reflect as as if I’m owing you , kindly remove if asap as it reflects bad on my credit score failing in which I will lodge a formal complaint with NFO
