I have been retrenched from work. My pension fund money was transferred to Old Mutual on 19th of May 2025 from De Beers Pension Fund and not getting feedback regarding payment for 5 months and have logged a complaint and failed to respond by their internal investigation.The matter is affecting my well-being as I don't have any income over a period of 12 months.
