Its been one month that I have been up and down , making calls to old mutual regarding payment on my eduational policy and my RA. They simply refuse to pay me. I had nothing but bad service.

1. Educational ***
This is not okay the total lies I receive from Old Mutual, there is a block on the policy I have seen it when I log onto the system. THEY never phone you. Yesterday 04/11/2021 I made seven calls and they drop the phone. I was told the matter will be escalated, to who and why? Since the 01/10/2021 I'm still waiting for a reply.
2. RA WITHDRAWAL -CEB***4
I was told to go to court to change my divorce decree? this from the legal department. i submitted affidavit's.
OLD MUTUAL I AM TIRED TO UP AND DOWN SPEND HOURS ON THE PHONE.....PLEASE ASSIST ME AS THIS IS MY LIFE SAVINGS THAT YOU DON'T WANT TO PAY. ABSOLUTE BAD SERVICE.....
I ALSO CANCELLED MY FUNERAL POLICY WITH YOU....THEY ARE JUST BAD.
