I have a policy with Old Mutual and it is paid up and the period ended November 2019. I when to the office in my town Kroonstad to make arrangements for the policy to be paid out and first my Trust account was not acceptable for them so i had to open a account with Old Mutual and up to today witch is more than 5 working days i still have not received my money..every time i tried to phone, thy do not answer and the e mail adres could not be found... The agent in town are so busy that i have to phone him so many times and he can not give me answers for why my money has not been paid in bank account ...This is the poorest service i had from a Big firm like Old Mutual.
