Good day this is Carla Ann van Niekerk, pls I need help in resolving my problem with Old Mutual Policy no. *** this belonged to my late husband Gerhard van Niekerk whom has passed away last December 2019. Ever since his passing my Estate from Sanlam has been in touch with them untill my estate was finalised about now a month ago. Up untill now my payout is still going back and forth at Old Mutual they are delaying for time now. I pls ask for help to sort this matter out urgently. The people I have been dealing with is Mr Craig Josias and his superior and Board Member Colleen Fillmor. However I have send them everything they needed I feel this is unfair for delaying this matter so long.
